Do you buy things which are sugar free?

Alot of people think that buying sugar free drinks will stop your hyperness and also stop your teeth rotting.
Not to be rude... But your wrong.
Sorry to any diet drinks manufacturers, but because they don't add sugar, they add a nasty little thing called acelsuphame and aspartame.
These send me into a very angry/moody/depressed mood. :eusa_wall

my science teacher told us that aspartame caused brain tumors in rats and it was originally banned but then it was unbanned.

i googled it aswell and seems true.

Also normal coke is better for you than diet coke, as it is filled with chemicals as sugar withstains the carbonate. so they use chemicals to keep it carbonated and to sweeten it. its more crap than normal coke :P

We don't get Coke Light over here we only get Coke Zero and Diet Coke. Do you think it's any diffrent?

i have diet coke, but only because i prefer the taste. and if i want sugar on my cereal, i use sweetener instead because it tastes exactly the same and it's healthier, so i might as well.

Its definitely not healthier. Aspartmane is proven to have side effects, as i said earlier, and plus, we all need some sugar in our bodies...

I don't intentionally buy sugar free products but I enjoy diet coke and sugar free chewing gum. As for getting hyper and all that, I have never had that sort of reaction to sugar or caffeine.
