"I wanted to give you an update Trax.

It was so popular that the site experienced a problem with Trax, and so far we have been unable to resolve this issue, and have taken the precaution of removing Trax from the catalogue. When the issue is fixed all machines should work as intended.

All of us here at Habbo UK are very sorry that this has happened, as we wanted to share the fun and laughs and creativity that Trax brings, with you all, and bring a whole new layer to Habbo that hadn't existed before.

What we are going to do is keep you all updated with what is happening as much as we can, and we are also going to give away free Trax packs when this issue is fixed, as a way of saying sorry.

I just wanted to give you an update on the Trax issue.

Getting Trax back to the UK hotel is our main priority - we will be implementing a fix as soon as possible, and then all machines will be returned to Habbos who purchased them.

I am unable to give a firm date on this, but the techies are confident it will be sooner rather than later. Please bear with us, and we will do our best to keep you updated, so you can pass this information on to your site users.
