Is it possible for me to make a game. Like a file sort of one where you uplaod the file to the site, and pow you do the DCR and then it's done?

I'm not to sure on what you mean. Most games are made using Macromedia Flash, yet you talk about a DCR file which is Macromedia Director.

If you could explain in detail on the help you need, I'm sure many people will be able to assist. I think you maybe talking about retro servers? I may be wrong. Just to end the confusion of other members. :)

Dude, I don't say this often but you are officially a nooblet.

The server.exe is the backend of the 'game'. In the case of a retro the flash bit is the frontend that the user sees.
