How i stop dying from being poisoned?

Log into a f2p world, bank all your items then go back to p2p and die.

If you're badly poisoned it's probably best to just die, but poison does wear off eventually.

I remember when I was a wee noob at level 40ish out in the jungle and I got poisened, I was scared and didn't know what to do :( I died and lost my rune which I worked for, I actually worked for it!

I was 11 ;)
