If someone drew an image from scratch and it looked remotely Habbo-like, would they be able claim that as theirs?

Perhaps someone sent it in actually, and they don't know it's from an English fan site? i think you should get a special "i dontated to habbo" or "habbo uses my images" badge ;)
plus if anyone ever wants to get around this its not that hard....and no if someone drew a picture of a habbo sulake would NOT own it UNLESS its a RT or TM which would require them having quiet a large filing on those, or they could just register the face

That image is uploaded on all Hotel image directories (like most/all images)... and the fact the filename is Italian sort of gives the impression that it has been used on other Hotels (like Italy) before. And yeah, it's been seen on UK. ^_^
