Pretty self explanitory, whats the nearest dragons to a bank?

Blue drags, nearest bank is Castle war if you use dueling ring, or you can walk to yanille. Drags are in the Ogre Enclave.

I agree. If you dont wish to walk out of heroes guild, games necklace; tele to games room, walk south go to rogues den, Bank.

Blue Dragons near Falador (where the Black Dragons are in the same area) if you wish to stay there for a while and you have 70+ agility (to take a big shortcut :P)

Well, you can canoe from edge to lvl 35 wild where greens are, once full walk a few lvls down and glory from lvl 30 to edge.
