Runescape account selling

Almost everyone that has been sold, the person has been scammed. I know you said that you don't want to treat us like kids and you want to let us make our own decisions etc but it just dosent seem to be working.

It is peoples own decision, we deserve the chance to sell acc's we arent babies and im bored of all the rules restricting us on here, it is peoples own choice to do a deal or not.

As this is a Habbo fansite they probly wont make a rule against the selling.

But if the person is stupid enough to buy it after so many warnings of people been scammed then its their own fault in my opinion.

Notice how THEY ALL INVOLVE DUBBLE (I think the Stress Free one involves Dubble somewhere as well)?

I think it's fine, Dubble seems to be the only one getting scammed at present so yeah. People can trade at there own risk, who cares if they are stupid enough to get scammed by a dodgy dealer.

If we're going to allow one form of trading that is against the RS rules (habbo-rs trades) then we should allow all except for real money trades because then it could get serious.

Well I am not sure about the new rule either as we have a big Runescape section but its a rule so its really a matter of how to try to prevent members getting scammed. This will never stop 100% but maybe a sticky could be made as a disclaimer by Habbox saying that the site is in no way responsible for the transactions but giving tips such as the trusted traders list and what to look out for. Quite honestly I sympathise with these people and feel that if the same person has been accused by say 4/5 different established people then it is pretty clear they are up to something and they should be prevented from being active in the trading forums. I am pleased to see the new rules about selling or transferring Habbox Accounts because I have an inkling that some were using the members previous reputation to do exactly this.
