Basicly if i brought a move from HMV (Or Any Shop) and i put it on the internet for people to watch. Would this be legal?

Normally it's the Fox corporation that are the most protective of their produce. If it's not Fox I wouldn't worry about it too much. Besides unless you are hosting it privately, Then it's the hosts responsibility to watch what content is posted/hosted using their facilities.

It depends how many people have/have had access to it, usually if only 10 or 20 people have access, they don't care and they'll leave it, but if you were hosting it on like YouTube, where tens of thousands of people can and are watching it every day, they'll go nuts.
