uh i already pretty much said.. but i can make the forums and skin them . plus according to me my reall life friends im good at doing teen help.

I could help out aswell if you'd like, i can do abit of everything regarding vBulletin. However i must state that my commitment and time spent on this project will be limited for the next 3 weeks as i have GCSE exams to attend to.

If you do make it, good luck with it. It would be good making if you could get it popular however not many sites do get very popular. There is many teen forums out there so you'll have good competition. :{
