.COM Landlines for the UK?

Ya ive been wondering whats up with the land lines. In co.uk you can pay from your phone if you live in the uk and now for .com the USA habbo you want to pay from the landlines but you have to be in the uk? whats up with this? There are many other ways for US peoples to pay , The reason a phone line was set up for the UK is so we could buy credits if we wanted to be a hobba. ;)

but you already have .co.uk so why couldnt we use .com for our landlines? not every habbos parents will let them use a credit card or send money in. And lots of users dont have cell phones. See my point?
