"Habbo Browser"

Hey everybody, I know I'm pretty new and have low rep and posts etc, but I took time to make this (OK, it's 3 lines of code but hey), it's a browser for Habbo. Basically, it's a .exe program (I'll come to that in a minute) that goes directly to the Habbo client page, for you to login. You don't have to mess around, opening IE or FF then going to Habbo. One click and you're there

Now, all it does is opens a little IE window, and loads Habbo. You can clone etc (login on more than 1 user!)

Scan it all you want, it's 100% clean, and please if you do download, tell people it's clean!

Sorry there's no icon on the program, I tried getting the Habbo icon, if anybody can get the .ico icon that'd be great!

ok, so far I've had it open 10 minutes, and I'm still logged in :D I haven't clicked anything on the hotel, so I think it works?

It loads straight to the Habbo login page (www.habbo.co.uk/client (http://www.habbo.co.uk/client)), right click and view page source if you don't believe me! :) Also, re read your comment, all it is, is a program that loads the Habbo client - that's it. Just like when opening Internet explorer and logging in, however it saves you time (good for slow computers) and it's a small file. Also, I don't think that's possible. Sending me your details AND logging you in. Because it can only process one thing.

Although I'm not condoning you straight away as someone who's uploaded a malicious file, I got the following results on VirusTotal;

This is a primitive Win32 Trojan.

It is written in C, and packed using UPX. The packed file is approximately 14KB in size, and the unpacked file is approximately 54KB in size.

Once launched, the Trojan remains dormant for approximately 7 minutes. This is done on purpose, to attempt to hide its payload from the user.


Just like when opening Internet explorer and logging in, however it saves you time (good for slow computers) and i
it's a small file.

I just think it's a bit suspicious that 2 (all be it out of 31) programmes noticed something different, it contains a small size trojan, and you used the small size of the file to back-up your arguement.

I didn't scan v1, but it may of been part of your ploy to insert something (if you did, i'm still not saying you definetly did)

EDIT to above: Hi. It's not a virus, or trojan or keylogger. Scan any file, scan something you know is clean. It'll say there is a virus on it. On VirusTotal, some AVs give you false results - why? I'd expect because they want you to buy it.

Why would I want to steal peoples furni? I don't, I hardly play Habbo these days.

Also, if ANYBODY wants the vb project file ask me, you can check it yourself. And the program wasn't written in c it was in visual basic (vb).

Sorry can't edit. But I think I know the reason why it found it as a trojan. The file size is small - that's because it's a simple small file - and the scanner picks anything within that rage of file size. I'm scanning a small file now.

Also, in reply to the part about injecting something in the first version - the first version was without an icon, the second version I added the icon.

I understand your cause for concern - I could sit here all day trying to convince you, but I shall say it once more. It's clean. As I said I'll provide the visual basic project file for anybody who wishes to check it. :)

I've never heard of the first, and I used to have Panda - it mucked up my computer so I use AVG.

Yes, that's all it is. I'm scanning the RS one (made by Jagex LTD, it loads RuneScape instead of Habbo), so far it's picked up two things.

Press Log Out with the left mouse button (or press Log Out while you have Ctrol pressed). Open the link in a new tab, then go back to the Hotel, Log in (just via /account/login) and then go in the Hotel. Your first Client stays logged in!

It includes the page to Habbo UK, check the images, check page source. It's basically going straight to Habbo UK without having to type it in etc. I've posted screenies of me logged in, if you'd read.

It goes STRAIGHT to the Habbo login page - you enter the details it logs you in! Just like normal Habbo, there isn't anyway I can see the details. Can I see your details when you login on the habbo.co.uk page? No. This is the same. Here, I think you're a little slow so I will explain.

1) It has a code (small may I add) that includes this page: www.habbo.co.uk/client
2) Then, it shows the page. Understand or I am going too fast?
3) You enter your pass & username - it logs you in like normal Habbo, straight to the client window.

If you mean I can log via PHP: wrong, it can't do two form functions.
If you mean via VB, the code is 3 lines long, plus I am new to coding so I wouldn't know how. Plus, I doubt it's possible. Only way to do it is if you have a login on the program not on the Habbo page.

If you don't understand that, I feel sorry for you so I'll be extra nice and go over it again, is that okay? :)

Hmm, I don't think I could code that yet xD I wouldn't try and send a virus or a keylogger. Firstly, c'mon what's the fun in it? None. Getting kicks outta people stressing cos they got a virus. Not nice. I used to be nooby (still am sometimes haha) and I used to get viruses. I hated them, I'd never think of giving somebody one. And yes, if I have put a virus in this I hope I die a painful death and I've sworn on my family life. (Trust me, I wouldn't want a painful death, I doubt anybody would!)

I'm new to vb coding, so I wouldn't even know how. Plus, if I did, it wouldn't open the program up would it (I think think).

The login is straight to habbo. It's not like a scripting program, where you login ON the program, on this it opens a page up (Habbo's login) then you login. I can't see your password - there would be one way. If I had access to Habbo Hotel's website, which is impossible. Plus I've sent it to alcohol, he shall reply soon.

I don't think I'll bother with any more versions - I do something to help people, yet I get many people saying it's a virus - yes, the virus total thing says it is (well, something), but look at RuneScapes .exe thing (I posted a link), that comes up too.

I think it's all vb files do.

Oh hello mr.smart *** idiot. You never replied to my other post did you? I get defensive because when you MAKE something you want other people to use it - and when you KNOW it's safe, and people say it isn't you don't get happy. I'm not going to scam anybody or "hack" their accounts, so go and cry to somebody else, make some e-friends elsewhere because you have none.

If you don't think it's safe, go hide in a corner and don't use it? No need to moan about everything here, it's safe.

I shall write up a big explanation on why it's safe for everybody later, ok?

OK, why am I writing this? Because I want to prove many foolish people wrong, plus clear my name.

Firstly, I am new to coding (in Visual Basic), so I wouldn't have any idea on how to make a keylogger. Secondly, the file contains three lines of code. That explains why it's a small sized file. Now, lets clear up the part where you cry saying it's a keylogger.

1) It was made in VB, are VB keyloggers even possible?
2) I'm new to coding, as I said before, I'd have no idea how to make one!
3) You can have the VB source if you want - but I doubt you'll understand.
4) The three lines of code are:


Private Sub Form_Load()
WebBrowser1.Navigate "www.habbo.co.uk/client"
End Sub
The top is the start of the form, I think. I'm not sure.
Second line takes you to the Habbo UK login page.
The last line ends the sub/code.

Where do you see a keylogger in that? I don't see anything wrong there.


If you have any brain, you'll now agree it wont keylog you. So, for the people moaning it'll log their details they input here's my defence.

1) As above with the code, how does that log imputed details? It doesn't go to a scam site, it goes to Habbo.co.uk. On the program, you can right click and view page source! Check the page, it's all 100% Habbo UK.
2) I can't edit Habbo.co.uk/client's page can I? No. Only the site techie can, so I can't send anything to my email.
3) If the way you logged in was ON the program (like on scripting programs, you input your username and password into a box on the prog), then it would look suspicious. But this is directly to the Habbo.co.uk page.

How does it work?

Basically, it's including a frame with the Habbo.co.uk/client page. It saves you having to open IE or FireFox, then type in the URL then click login. It goes straight to it. Good for slow computers!

It's not a high file size due to little coding - keyloggers are also low size, but this doesn't mean this is a keylogger (read the first part).


Ok, so you understand? You may be thinking "why did virustotal pick something up?".

I was wondering that. It's one of these reasons:

1) Programs in VB (Visual Basic) get picked up as virus' on very sensitive AV programs.
2) The IE frame is picked up.

You know RuneScape? They made a file, similar to mine. It loaded RuneScape not Habbo. That's where my inspiration came from, anyway, if you scan theirs it says something is in it.

Notice on the scan, all the GOOD AV's don't find anything? One I've never heard of, and Panda (known to be crap, I've used it, it broke my laptop deleting good files).


So there really isn't anything to worry about. If you've used it, you can keep using it, it's 100% safe. Those who haven't used it ill be sceptical about it, use if you wish.
