WHAT FONT/TEXT/IMAGE IS THIS?

If its an image then can you make them for me saying what i need them to say? If its a font what is it?? BTW!!! I Need the full font not just the writing in the middle i need the black background :) Thankyou

The black is a 1pixel border around the font

How do you get the border then?
Is it a script?
Or do you have to edit it on..

From 3px to 1px and make it black

He was right, Its the HABBO Chat font, but bold.
