Joe, you've got your GCSEs nowish, right?
Seriously, just ride them through and you'll probably calm down after.

I also have my GCSE's atm, but i've had the same problem as you for a couple of years.
Its like you can't sleep untill you've sorted all your problems (that arn't even always that bad) out in your head?
I know it sounds stupid but try going to bed a bit erlier so that you can start thinking earlier to get it all sorted in your head, and you feel much better.
I probably sound like a complete maniac - but it works for me! ;]
Happy sleeping,

Just calm down. ;] Just do something which takes your mind off things.

When you worry about things, they turn out to be better than you expect.

that doesnt help

sure, it would lift your mood for about 2 minutes, then you come back to reality and face your problems again.

obviously gcse's will take their toll, so any minor problems might seem bigger. you finished school today, so hopefully now you can relax a bit more and you'll feel better (y)

Hopefully your be alright now as you finished school.

Just have a nice warm bath. To be honest, do something fun it will take your mind off things.

Thats what I do.

Go out with your friends and socialise. Or maybe tell them about your worries, maybe they could help you with them...

Hope this helps.

Stress a big excuse not to be able to cope with your problems. GTFO your computer and sort it out.

Do not spend all your time studying. I suggest planning out a timetable with adequate time for work, play, and rest. Here is what I do, on the day before an exam, I only do a quick hour long revision, then I take my mind of studying, have a bit of fun and sleep early. Next day in school I go slightly earlier to revise, and not bragging or anything but I topped my class last year :)
