Flash? The normal way of animating is making each frame ( steps of the animation) then using the program to merge them all together

Do you mean like a site which you upload the pic too and do it all in your browser?
Because if you mean software instead, just get Photoshop (torrentcoughcough) and use ImageReady which comes with that.

You mean a site to upload your animations, or to make animations?
I use JASC Animation Shop 3 to make Animations and use Photobucket.com to upload them. Tinypic.com should upload them aswell.

imageshack.us is good as you don't need to have a log in to upload, and it's really good, gives you a load of different links including HTML, BBcode (i think), direct link, resizing options, and all that jazz.

if u want something to put images into and it animates them, try going for beneton movie gif. Its free and not a trial
