Hi,
I have a slight.. well, big.. addiction to junk food :P I'm always wanting to eat chips (or crisps in the UK), candy, drink soda, and Starbucks (the fraps so it's fattening :P)

I want to know anything that could help cut down on the snacking, something that tastes good but isn't fattening

Not taking the micky. But start eating low fat snacks then cut down to regular dieting.

just explore with some less fatty-foods, then slowly cut down. If you have the determination to do it then you'll succeed :)

i'd say cut down on the starbucks first, i get the fraps, but I get them in low-fat so they don't put as much cream in it, that would help.

no trust me, starbucks fraps are, they are sooo fattening (yet so good)

i eat loads of junk food :( but i dont reallly care because its soo good haha
