It will only let me have 10 users on it :l

You'll probably now need to go into PHPMyAdmin in your MySQL Database section (In Cpanel) and start creating them from there.

What do you mean it will only let you create 10 users? Like what kind of error do you get when you try and create more?

It might be because of a MySQL Restriction put in place by your host. More info please.

Maybe the db has a limit (size), give an error?
