Where people can submit their computer graphix and artwork and other members vote them out of 5 or whatever? Creating a community that way..

Where memebers can log in ..

They can Post graffix i can post mine?

I can help with the WebTemplates bit, as I have made a few. I can code in HTML and a tiny bit of PHP.
