I forgot my password to that gay face account and when I reset password, the password doesn't work, how come?

If you can't reset your password by email you should use the contact form and give the administrators the required evidence that you own the account (like your secret word thingy), how many PMs you have, roughly last login etc and they can probably reset it for you manually.
