Not long, getting people to run ess for you.

Its 125xp every 10 seconds at air, and roughly about 250xp every 10 seconds at nature altar (if you can get runners).

I'd actually say runecrafting is the quickest, yet most expensive in the short run.

Yer runecraft = ages but well worth it in the end
( My friend who is 99 rc makes about 1m per hour doing nats )
Range = Ownage pking with ( Make sure u get 85+ magic to tb )
Crafting = lose money and pretty much useless =P
