HabboxForum has the spam forum for all that really. Having a shoutbox would just get filled up really easily of useless crap that isn't needed. Abit like the spam forum, really ;)

Shoutbox is a hack apprently and Habbox rarely uses them due to security issues I think

The shoutbox needs too much of the forums resources to power.

It slows the forum down to a speed that means you can't get around the forum quickly, and everyone will moan that the forum loads slowly.

Habbox had a shoutbox ages ago. It got spammed constantly and there was people abusing other people in it. It's a good feature to have imo but there's too many immature kids around the forum so it wouldn't work.
