Hello.
I'm Suzy, owner of www.habbospeaker.com (http://www.habbospeaker.com)
You are obviously aware that you have broken the law by taking copywrited content directly from http://habbospeaker.com
This is a warning, if the text taken is not removed, legal action will be taken.
If you have any questions, p/m me.

Edited by opensourcehost (Forum Moderator): Please do not accuse anyone of lying/scamming/hacking or any other bad things.

Hey,
How is it breaking the law, its not a copy of your text in any way. Does mine say "Welcome to HABBOSpeaker" .. no.. it doesnt but i'll be a nice guy & Change it. Suz You have not Copywrite on your site so anybody can do it.
Edit- All you have is disclimer.

It was difficult to read your post, the grammar was quite incomprehensible..
Because you don't say "welcome to HabboSpeaker" doesn't change a thing.
I am confused with why one wouldn't take five minutes to compose their own text...

If you'd like (considering your spelling is quite appalling) you can pay me (Habbo AU), and I will compose any major text sections..
If you're going to make a fansite, might as well do it properly- right?

Haha go Suzy.
Sorry chris gota agree with her. She can't copyright text, but it's your problem cos now everyone knows you cant write a sentence, and feel the need to copy about 10 lines from another website.

Ha, it's not against the law for some text hes got on his site, idiot.

You're grammar is even worse. You need to pay for Copyright, idiot. The only way something is copyrighted is if it belongs to you (Pictures, layouts)

Pay you on Habbo AU just for a bit of text, that's what your asking him, ha get lost.

You have 0 brains .

Gee, someone likes to use the word "idiot" a little to excessively..
I do not see how this is any of your business, so why don't you go and find something a little more productive to do with your oh-so-empty life?
Obviously people like yourself have nothing better to do than to go around abusing others on forums.
Wow! I wish my life was so full.
Oh well, I suppose we can only bring pity upon such people.

I'm not too sure about Habbram, I think it does have the main frames to be a good website, but at the moment you're not really showing that off very well. There aren't many images which makes it quite boring to look at and your colour schemes are a bit iffy.

Firstly copyright is merely the proof of producing intellectual property on a certain date. In other words if you can prove that you produced a certain UNIQUE form of medium on a certain date and someone took this piece of medium and used it without prior permission then it is classed as breach of copyright. A live site is NOT classed as official proof. Unless the owner can proves that the site was their property before a certain date with evidence with an official government date stamp (postal date stamp ect) or paid copyright status, then they can prove **** all. I would say nine times out of ten for all Habbo fansites, you have no copyright for the work produced in your name.

Suzie, you have no standing here.

Secondly, from an accessibility and design point of view. HabboSpeaker. The CSS has multiple errors causing conflicting errors in every browser apart from Internet Explorer. Anyone in their right mind DOES NOT use Internet Explorer. I've tried this site in OS X (the primary design platform) in Safari and Firefox with the result of a vertically liner content that looks like its just using <p></p> tags all the way down.

I would normally agree with Suzu, but she seems so stuck up over a web-site that I think we can all agree, is sub-standard, putting across an arrogant and selfless personality that i care little for.

HabbRam. It's a nice initial layout. You have a long way to go, but you are on the right path from a design point of view.

*Text Removed* look I am the General Manager of Habbram and I say that u r getting of topic and I am reporting and also I think Apax and Crimnal are good lawyers they know there law like me. Nothing is copyright until you go to the lawyer get an official document (in writing) and you pay for it. And I do believe that it does not meet any of these requirements. And anyway we have removed you text anyway now so just **** off.

and Mods I am not swearing I am starring *********

Oo your a big boy :D

Copyright does cost for text, like a name but you can copyright images that you made with personal copyright, and even then, you cant take "legal action". What is it with this forum and "legal action"
