Food or drink?

I last longer without food that without drink, so i must go for the one with the liquid content.

I got confused, but I like drink more than food, as drink can keep you refreshed and can give you the minerals you need. Food can only give you the vitamins and minerals etc.

Well it depends on the situation, if i was walking through say cardiff and i only had enough for food or a drink, i would choose drink but if i was on excercise in the dessert or some remote area we are told to drink as its proven that your body can last a lot longer with lack of food but with water than lack of water and with food, just a guess now at remembering but im sure its something like 3 days an average person can survive without water.

i neveer drink i really shud but i dont. i eat much more than i drink. drink abiut 2 glasses of water a day eat loads more than that
