A11. Do not name anybody for hacking, scripting, trashing or any other bad things
I think this rule is a bit open to be honest.
You aren't allowed to accuse someone of "any other bad things".
So... if someone posts in News and Rumours a screenshot of say, a new rare, and we post "The screenie is fake", we are accusing them of a 'bad' thing, yet we are advising other users not to fall for the silly trick. - YET nobody gets an infraction for that.
SO... if you have been scammed by somebody trading via the forum, and you see them about to conduct a large trade with someone else, surely you should be allowed to warn the person that they could be at risk?
It's stupid really. If someone has done something bad, and you KNOW (not suspect) they have, you should be able to do something about it.

I always private message the buyer / seller if the person they are buying / selling to is unsafe, so I remain anoymnous, he is safe and everyones happy :).

If you simply post that the screenshot is fake, you are not accussing anybody directly, there is no problem with that.

yeah but if you accuse someone of posting a fake screenshot you're saying they are a liar.

I agree with you.
It does seem to open.
They need to list more specific "bad things".

Actually, it is semi against the rules. If you give proof to substantiate your argument, then it is allowed, and a mod will let it pass (for lying, faking screenie, etc.) However for ripping or scamming or hacking, you should never accuse, even with proof, you should contact forum management due to the serious nature of the issue, and due to the ambiguity of proof.
I think that rule was set so general so as to overdo it, so that new members aren't unsure of the bounds and stay on the safe side, whereas older (and hopefully more mature) members, know where the line is and know when to toe it, however also can't complain about "where the line is" so to speak, when they overstep it.
