I think I need help but I don't know what the hell to do, i've been down for about 2 months now and it seems to get worse and worse everyday, I feel angry and sad at the same time, I don't want to go into what this is about but it's serious.

Talking about it doesn't help, what do I do? Seriously, I don't think I can go on much longer the way I am (no i'm not hinting at suicide there) I just really need to get whatever the hell is wrong with me sorted. and fast.

i've tried everything, putting my chin up and trying to be positive, letting it all out , talking about it (which only made me feel stupid), bottling it up.

but none of it worked.
please don't ask me what it's about... I just need to know what to do.

is there any particular reason why you are angry/upset? its kinda easier to pinpoint what to do if you know why you feel like this.

otherwise from what you have said all i can suggest is try and go out with mates/get a hobby or something to focus on to keep your mind off how you feel and maybe subconsciously those feelings will disappear.

i would but i can't tell you what this is about..

idk, I go out with my friends all the time and do things, but I just can't get over this, it makes me feel down all the time and I can't do anything about it.

If I went to the doctor and told him/her I'm definitely seriously ill, but I don't want to tell him/her where I'm hurting or give him/her any information describing my illness, I'd be just like you.

You can't expect someone to help you with something they don't know about. You'll get simple responses such as;

Go see a doctor.
Talk to your parents.
Have you spoken to a friend?

Without pinpointing the base of your problem there's nothing to be done for you.

I suggest going to a Physiologist. Also, you can share your problems with your mates/relatives. :)

There're different ways with coping with things which can depend upon the issue at hand. Being so vague will lead to people telling you to go out or find something to take your mind off things. You're inconsolable if you won't explain what's wrong.

What's so bad about saying anything on here? It's the Internet and your identity remains anonymous on this forum. It's not like anybody'll know.

If it is a person causing your anger and sadness, talk to them about it and get them to stop... Or get them help, in some cases.

And if it is a whole family issue tell the relative you are closest with, how you are feeling and that you want it to stop, and get them to help you.

Oh, and if it is something that has happened and its stuck in your head, every time it pops into your head instantly ignore it and think happy thoughts, good memories, fun times, your best friend[s]

In the meanwhile, for your anger - Deep breaths and lie down and lower your shoulders.
For your sadness - Think about everything great about your life, your friends, your best friend[s], what you have to look forward to in the future.
