Making Another Forum :)

As some of you know I have made quite a few forums in the last year.
None of them have been successful. ;) The most successful was TeenzNet.com which I should have kept open but closed because of inactivity. Donno what I was thinking... anyways its time to start a new one and I need your help.

I'm confused on, first, what forum software to use. All I have used recently are IPBs but I'm looking at phpBB and I REALLY like that software. Theres many mods and its easy to customize. I will probably use this but I still want opinions.

Secondly I'm not sure whether to make a mainly habbo forum or just a teen-oriented one...
I like teen ones becuase not only Habbo people sign up.. but everyone can. But I also like Habbo forums becuase theres more to talk about and stuff. As you can see I'm really confused. :D

So I need your opinions.
Please share them with me. :D

Easyer said then done lol. Erm, first of all i highly suggest a phpBB forum as they are the ultimate. They are very very very good, i don't know anyone who dislikes them, there are pelnty of people who hate IPB's i know i do deffinatly. Secondly i don't know what type of forum you should make, but i supose a teen + habbo one would be easyiest? you could have three sections, habbo, teen, habbo and teen. [ You don't necessaryily need the third ].
