Habbo Homes "top 7"

Because top 8 is SOOO MySpace,
and Habbo couldn't possibly try and rip them off anymore,
although,
I think a top friends thing on Habbo would be kinda cool. On your homepage as a widgit thingymajig.

I don't think Habbo have ripped Myspace to be honest. For the following reasons:

1. They do not encourage or allow people to upload photographs of themselves.
2. They do not have a Personal Messaging system with Inbox and Outbox included with Sent messages.
3. Myspace don't give you the opportunity to upload Stickers onto your homepage about MSN or Habbo.
4. I think your Myspace has to be done in HTML, Habbo Homes don't, you can just upload things to it manually with credits.
5. Further to the point of credits, everything on MySpace is free, whereas on Habbo Homes you need to pay to decorate it.

There are about 200 different profile websites on the web including Bebo, Faceparty and others alike. You might as well say Bebo are exclusively rippers of MySpace because they aren't very different in the slightest. Furthermore to your post and on topic to the board, I don't think this would be a good idea because it would only encourage people like you to say 'Habbo are ripping from Myspace' when infact they are not at all.

As an Idea on a whole I think it's OK, I think it would go well on Habbo Homes choosing your top friends, as your friends would know where they stand with you, however it could upset some people... So I'm 50/50 on the whole thing. As I've said before I'm going to be honest with people on the forum and I'm not going to say something's the most brilliant idea if it really isn't.

Yeah I know its not a total rip off of anything as obviously its based around actually being in the hotel rather than just checking your page.
but it's monday night and I like to think im entertaining myself. xx
