Skills week?

I know this was suggested before by Jake I believe, but it never went through.

Would anyone be interested in choosing a skill for a week then training it to see who can get the most xp in a week?

This is a very succesfull way of levelling in a certain skill. I got the idea from my current clan :)

I'll track the xp by taking your xp at the start of the week and at the end.

So post if you would take part. We'll decide on the skill at a later date.

I think it's a good idea. I just need the cash to fund for 99FM and to buy the logs but my bro made me loose the cash :@.

I think a week is a little too long, most people will just give up and get bored, maybe 3-4 days or something?

Yer that would be pretty decent and everyone should maybe put 100k in or something and the person who got the most xp would win the cash that was collected or something, then you gain xp and its like a competition :P

Make everyone pay a small fee, and the winner gets all the fees at the end.

Its a nice idea.

Tis a good idea, possibly make it a skill u cant buy as not everyone has tons of gp to waste doing it :P

And it should be all skills, not just the "free" ones [Free as in no gp needed]

I think it is far more intersting if you do it so that you all pay a certain fee and you can all train a skill that is say diffucult to get up maybe but it will get you well up in the scores.

So i still stand by my idea and pay 100k and do say

hunter/slayer/woodcutting/agility/thieving because you can also make money off all of them at the same time and its fun ;]

Bit unfair if someone is 99 fishing, and someone is 50 fishing
Cause they'll get their xp ALOT faster than the other..

But i think it'd still be good
