dont know if this is rite place to post, but meh! ya, ive become such a gym addict. ive seen people say on tv etc that it becomes addictive, and ive always thought 'how the hell is that addictive?' but now ive been once, i can understand y. i dont know why i keep going back, but i just do, you cant keep me awaygetting a membership at the weekend hopefully.

Tbh there are worse things to be addicted to. Just have some self restraint and go every other day or something like that. Maybe exercise in some different ways - go for a walk/jog etc.
