Microsoft Paint is the only program I have to edit images. BUT to get the transparency I use www.iaza.com (http://www.iaza.com)

Paint :) Its that simple. Just skew it. Image>Resize/Skew :)

Yeah you need to skew it on the bottom one by -20.

And yeah, its simple.. Its just a picture skewed...
