Nose keeps bleeding

Had about 7+ nose bleeds today and its doing my head in because my school wouldn't send me home because it wasn't "serious"

And another thing is when my nose bleeds it bleeds its like a tap, and I don't think this is normal but a few years ago we asked the doctor and he said it was normal and nothing to worry about :(

Help pls anyone have nose bleeds regularly?

Once it bleeds once the slightest knock etc can set it off again. The best thing to do is to let it flow as it will clot WAY quicker than 'pinching the top'. Its usual, and it isnt that serious, but if you do get really worried about it, go to your doctor.

Your ment to wash it with water then immediatly hold it tight so the blood doesnt come out, hold it for like 5 mins so the blood drys up, then dont touch it and it will kinda heal it self, then clean it out and youll be ok.

i have this when it gets hot somtimes what i do is stuff a tiny bit of tissue up my nose when it starts and that usually stops it then u blow ur nose at home to get it out, i did this yday and it worked fine

I try plugging it up but it runs down my throat and makes me feel sick :(

Talk to your docter, might have to get your nose quatered, I had it done and its cooool :P

What type of bleed? if u kno wot i mean? lol jokes ermm nah but my bruv does and apparntly wen he was younger summit in his nose was messed but there agen he did mad stuff like get a battery stuck in his ear :O lol? ermm anyways my point is wen u was young u could of had summit up with ur nose which never got fixed...

Dont even ask me about it. I used to have them everyday and every1 at skool thought i faked it to get out of lesson but it was really annoying. Ive had 8 Operations from since i was 6 years old and now im 14 its only just stopped and only because I had a very serious operation last year which made it stop. All i did was be carefull and carry plenty of tissues. Lol :P

Mine sometimes bleeds like a tap, horrible. Just pinch the top of your nose, DON'T lean your head back because you may choke on the blood coming down your throat. It is completely normal to have nose bleeds though :)

i used to get this like every summer, apparently it's to do with the weather.

Apparently, it is to do with the weather. I can't remember where, but i read that many people get nose bleeds if its going to be a sunny day. NO idea if it's true, but often when i have one, it is a nice day.

I get then quite often. Main thing i do is just put up with them. Worst time to get one would probably be whilst your asleep, alot of mine happen then. Not all the time do you notice/feel it. I remember once waking up in a puddle of blood. If you feel your nose tickling near the top, often its the start of a nose bleed. Best thing to do if it is tickly is to not do anything and it'll pass. If you rub it or anything (like i often do on my pillow cos im tired and want to go to sleep and its annoyin me :D) it'll start bleeding.
