Discuss what programmes, you use to make your neopets graphics :D ii will also rate if yoo wish. I use PSP 8 and 9, Animation shop 3, adpobe photoshop. :D I own www.neo-snorkle.co.nr (http://www.neo-snorkle.co.nr) :D so it really helps with my graphics
