Annoying.

About a year ago I self harmed.
big mistake.
I wish I never had. grr I did it without thinking ahead.
I've kept it secret until Sunday.
when one of my 'friends' found out. there a lot harder to hide in the summer.
he hasn't confronted me about it, but he keeps hinting to other people that I have self harmed.
like trying to roll up my sleeves & saying things like whats that scar under there?
I get called emo enough as it is =//

everything had been going great until he saw.
it wasn't an attempt to kill my self or attention seeking.
the scars won't heal & I don't know what to do..

Oh & i'm really shy about issues about me.
I can't talk about it, i go really red & i feel a knot in my throat.

what could I do to hide them? (front of my forearm near the elbow)
what should I do if it gets out?

use makeup or sumin to hide em and if it does come out, just say u went thru a hard time and appreciate it if they didnt be so immature and wuld say nothing ^^

i cut the anarchy sign on my arm once (-/-\-) my mum saw it and i said it was the cat ;) i still have the scar but meh.. nobody cares really

Just let it out, well, not tell it randomly to everyone, but if people asks, just tell the truth. If they are your true friends, they would not laugh at you or call you names.

Make something up if you really dont want them to know you self harmed, ive got plenty of scars on my arms and ive never self harmed

If your friend keeps hinting it. Just have a chat with him not to tell anyone about what happened. If he is a true mate he will not tell anyone.

Make up a story how you got the scar, on my arm I've got a heated up screwdriver (Not apporite for this forums, illegal) burn down my right arm, a 5" chicken scatch from one of my friends etc. When I did self harm, I just made a story about jumping over a fence bunking the train and barb wire caught my arm.

I think you can get stuff that helps your scars heal, I can't remember what it's called exactly but i'm sure you could find it at the chemist.


Just make up some excuse if you don't think he could handle the truth, like above. ^.
