Hello :P I havent made a habbo layout in a LONG time. I got bored this afternoon so I decided to create one, The transparency wasnt working for the water mark :(. Anyway rate ect.

I tiled the background, pasted the layout from another window ontop of it.

No I did the transparency in fireworks :P but it wouldnt work so I gave up in the end.
