the Mobile Tv Network bit at the top, the writing drops down after the fading is finished. Not by a lot but i nticed it :)

It does have some similarities but it also does have its differences..

The structure is pretty much the same, the bar is the same and the logo and links are in the same place, and other stuff

Jesus christ, that does look the same although I wasnt, I was inspired off a site that was probably inspired off that although it didnt have a white sheet bg or anything. Ill try and remember the site.
