Well as you can see by the name this is a important thread as Official fansite Habbo-Info is getting a name change :o and you are the first to find out.
HabboxForum is the first the hear this news so Enjoy.
Habbo-Info has been around for three years it was first owned by a Hobba in 2004 and managed by Causmo and Sleet who have owned the site for the past year or so.
So whats the new name going to be?
well at the moment the name is going to be HabboOpticiansThree.com,
Yes before you say it what a weird and obsain name and a very long one it will really stand out :).
i asked sleet why it was HabboOpticiansTHREE.com and simply he said because its unique :). Well we will all have to wait for the final site and maybe they will change the name to something else who knows? what do you all think of this?

Have you got conformation of this or some sort of screenshot because this could just be a load of babble.
Habbo-Info.co.uk is very poor and has been for some time now and I think it needs a makeover so if this is the case then about time!
They're going to make it all Javascript and have all this fancy stuff, should be good.

Javascript is bad - some browsers don't support it.
It may look good, but the content and community is the main bundle in a fan site.

Firstly, I am sorry about you being dum[b]founded. It must be pretty bad.
Secondly, your multiple ":S" indicate that you are somewhat unaware that the Ples*k* panel opresses its wonderful favicon on those who do not already have one set.

Look I don't want to sound nasty or anything but I think you should call it something what doesn't sound geeky/tooo long, Maybe something like HabboBeatBoxer and instead of that do HBB.net just like hhg..

Simple - causmo owns it.
Erm actually a Hobba owned the site and it was a good site back then but it has gone down A bit since the new versions were released and its not official because of favouritism so get that out of your head now.
And as for proof i will get sleet and causmo to post in this thread

So, a Hobba owned it...
Seems a little bit likely that it was favouritism as no-one seems to like it...

urh... I can't edit my post so ill just re-post,
Habbo-Info's current layout is temporary, the site will be changing name in August to which the name is not announced.
The site will receive a new layout customized to the domain name
The site will be mostly user generated
and some other stuff
Don't believe everything you read :)

I'm afraid I agree. Just because it's unique, doesn't mean it's good.
And whoever said not many browsers support javascript, what century are you living in? All major browsers support it.

tbh ive never visited the site, and i probably never will either.
if the site IS changing domain to that given in the first post - bad move imo. that domain is horrible, if anything its going to put more people off visiting.

Proof? I'm utterly sceptical of the entire thread. This is a giant and wrong rumour?
Habbo-Info announced that they were launching a new site, they never mentioned the name or anything. Good find. +Rep
