I also will give him the account as soon as either it is bought members or i get a futher ammount to cover the whip on the account and he can buy it members himself.

I understand the situation. And you are in the wrong. Buying a whip on the last day of members is STUPID and sounds like a lie anyway. Refund him, you get your reputation back and do a deal with someone else.

I have never been judged by post count or rep before rofl ,Even when i originaly signed up i did alot of different trades and never went first :p
