Exactly because you will probably take a cut of the sold price and you havnt done anything :S. Thats why its better to not have a big team if ur all splitting money.

There is no such thing as a freelance lets say shop assistant? Web Designers can be freelance and design stuff for random people and earn a HELL OF A LOT more than they would via an organisation/company.

Aye, thats true.
But you can do both, i instruct kayaking and work for a company but i also do it freelance at the same time, the company is really incase i need cash

Also with a normal company your garantee'd cash, with yours the design HAS to sell or no payment.. If your just going to do that thenn why not sell yourself? Yes if the company is well known and is popular then go with them if its not very popular Id sell myself and earn ALOT More.

Yes but the kayaking has more 'links' into the kayaking world but this website will advertise on the same sites.
