The top 10 is mostlikely not correct - as the mmo's are europian and american avaible, there are mmo's in just china that exceed all of these.
Runescape only has 600,000 PAYING players
Second life has 300k active users at most.
Puzzle pirates has 200k according to the ceo of the company.
