Cameras/Photos Broken?!

Well yea, No photos are loading and when I take pictures it won't take a picture, Sorry if your going to flame me for posting in wrong section, Or for such a stupid post because my pc is crap and it won't work.

It happens alot, i havent been able to look at photos but i took one yesterday. Just happens...
