I tried it, its like high screetching sounds you cant actually hear and theres a few you can. Mixed in with a few relaxing sounds.

Pretty nice to listen to. If they arent on Limewire

I just tried a dose called quick happy and I felt something, I wouldn't say it made me happy but I csertainly felt different after.
