Hi... i just got my brace fitted yesterday top and bottom with brackets and it really really hurts is teher anything i can do for it? and how long will the pain stay for??

Well a paracetemol could always help however i found just trying hard 2 forget about it is the best way for the pain to stop, it should stop after a couple of days reali but may take up 2 a week, just think about wots at the end of the tunnel...........PERFECT TEETH! :D

take some paracetomol and it may last up to 4 days, in the end u get good teeth so put up with it :)

yep i do had them put in early january this year it feels normal now though its suprising how easy it gets ;)

don't worry it don't hurt when they put it on!!! it takes 4eva though!!!
