If there is a rule we are not allowed to ask when it's coming back (or if it's coming back) please, humbly delete my post. The Habbox Help Desk, it's been closed, I think, for most if not all of this month, just wondering if/when it's going to be coming back?

there are several people being considered actually.

there is also the option that the desk may shut down.

I was a bit too nasty at points, but meh I suppose I've learnt from my mistakes but it's too late now :P

The desk was popular at the time, it was around End of October - Middle of January.

I just ended up having several disputes with staff... which wasn't too good to be honest. But we're all friendly now xD

Its not just a Help Desk though its a place on Habbo full of history and memorys no matter who the owner or manager is HxHD will always be a special place I've certainly got alot of noobie memories and have recently made alot of online friends there.

I hope it doesn’t close, as people have stated above, it’s full of history and good memories for most of the Habbox members. What it needs is someone who still enjoys both Habbo and Habbox and isn’t going to quit after 1-2 months in charge.

Good luck to who ever the new owner is, I really hope we can get HxHD back to the top of all Help Desks once again! :)

I dont think I was a dictator. Of course there is some dictorial features, but thats what Management is, you will hardly ever find a "work place" as such which is democratic.

But I wouldn't go as far as saying I wasn't hated :P

Nah, its annoying managing a place and not owning it.
I did manage to do it, however many of the other managers didnt, and it did annoy me at times. I think Manager should own.

MAD seems a genuine, fair, GM who doesn't hold a grudge.

A lot of people think Habbox is going to change for the worse, I think it's going to get better!

It would be nice to see the Owner being a dedicated member of the Habbox Team, who can also be the Manager, as it causes alot of hassle, even though the Help Desk moving all the time can also be hassle.

that's not to say oli didn't do a good job or shouldn't be given a second chance, i just believe the whole place needs a turnaround with fresh blood.

perhaps the whole 'familarity' factor of hxhd was what brought it to a standstill.

Well it looks like Oli is the popular choice here,
I check constantly for updates on this so I can't wait until the desk is back. Mad does work fairly and I'm sure the desk will be here soon, whoever is owning and/or managing it, good luck!

That is exactly what Oli did though. He restructured everything and gave a brought things forward and that made HxHD more popular. Admittedly, his decisions weren't to everyone's taste but they certainly made HxHD a better place which is why I think Oli should be made manager again, as it will make many people happy but it will also give HxHD a strong manager who is ready to make any sort of change to make sure the Help Desk becomes a better place. Oli was in control, and that's very important I think.

Being in America or England has nothing to do with this, I am one hour off of Nvrspk and I have been able to tend to the desk. Nvrspk knows what he is doing, and he will have help, I'm sure, running the desk too.
