At school I cant take my blazer of because I have a swet patch and if you have a swet patch you get made fun of. When we play football I take my blazer of and keep my arms clsoe so you cannot see them I wear a blue buttoned shirt 35% cotton and 65% polyester (its from tesco) how can I get rid of them. I mean im not fat, im skinny and goot at all sports and fast!

Don't just use a deodorant, use an antiperspirant... that should stop the patches or at least make them less obvious.

I have the same too. Its actually a problem, it runs in my family.

You could cover yourself with LOADS of deodrant and stuff but it won't work. With me, i don't smell at all and you shouldn't really with this. Its just the swetty betty issue.

When your 18 you can have surgery on your armpits to remove somthing that makes you swet less.

now lynx is your problem. I used to use it before i realised it was terrible compared to most other deoderants, i suggest Right Guard or Sure for good anti-perspirant

Try an anti-perspirant, a really good one is called DryClo. It comes in little quite expensive eye-drop type pots but it will really seel you up..

take deodrant to school with you and put it on before and after playing footy. if you think mates will take the **** then go to the toliet and do it.

That would actually make it sweat allot more because the hair absorbs the moisture, I think.

What I do is, get a shower before I go to school on the morning, spray my deodorant on and take the deodorant to school with my in my school bag, then spray yourself just before you play football and just after.

Edit: Forget the second but, I didn't see Hazels post :]

Wow, I didn't know that :S

I've always been told that it absorbs the sweat.

It's one of the reasons 13/14 year olds sweat more, than say, a 9 year old.

I use Sure for Men and I still sweat.... I don't find it a problem, everyone sweats and laughing at it makes them a hypocrit in some form.

Get botox injections if all else fails. its last for around 6 months and apparently it works wonders ;)

Jamesy

if he can afford to get botox every 6 months it would be easier to buy some anti perspirant...

my dirty english teacher has sweat patches..

anyway you just need to wear deodrant and wash with a flannel and if it is happening to much, cut down on the running about, not altogether also before you get to school take your blazer off so not to trap heat and make u sweat...

I used lynx and had sweat patches. I think its because lynx are obsessed with makin their deodourant smell nice it makes it really think, which makes you sweaty. I now use sure for men or right guard. They work much better!

Lynx is more of a body spray then a anti-persprant really. Use a good deodrant [anti-persprant], I reasently started using Vasaline deodrant, is quite good.

And also wash under your arms daily and throughly, maybe try it at night aswell. Sweating is all part of pubity and is happens to all of us, just follow the advice given for this thread and you should be fine.

I live in Spain, as you can imagine it gets very hot. And I tend to sweat a lot, I'm thankful that I don't get sweat patches, although you'd think I would.

As many have said, like Mary (she thinks she's a virgin, lols, we all know she did it with god) use anti-perseoriauf thingy roll ons.

LOL PEOPLE MAKE FUN OF YOU FOR SWEATING! These days pfft, It's like saying "HAHA THAT KID IS BREATHING"

Is sweat Latic acid? Or is Latic Acid somthing different?

AndyDude312
06-07-2007, 06:38 AM
Lactic acid is what builds up in your muscles to give you cramp. Large amounts of it build up during anaerobic respiration.

Yes,
Latic acid forms when you have exercised Aerobic (with oxygen) exercise's

anaerobic means without oxygen, So like streches and things i think

AndyDude312

You get more lactic acid from anaerobic than aerobic.
