Habbo MSN

I notice alot of people give out their MSN address on habbo which I think is wrong. So I was thinking it would be quite cool to create a habbo messanger a bit like MSN so you don't need to give out your MSN email address and just add habbos you want on this habbo messanger. Just an idea. I think someone on this board had this similar idea.

I do agree that the console is a good thing to use. I just get a bit annoyed when people start asking if you have MSN and if they can add you. They send that on your console all the time, like everyday :s You keep telling them no but they don't take the hint :@ And with the console you need to make sure it doesn't keep saying 'bobba' which can be very annying! :rolleyes:

Habbo should do what RS (Runescape) has with the instant messenger bar :p

Atleast that way people will get the msg's when u send them instead of an hour later due to lag!.

I dont think it is a good idea, Habbo is ment to be used for talking. So the Habbo MSN won't have a use at all as that is a chat site anyway! Why would you go on Habbo just for the MSN. We have the console anyway

how about this:
Habbo console shows you 4 lines of your last messages with that person? so you just scroll up and read it so you dont get lost :)

Or make it more of an Instant Messenger thing, you have the console at the top left or minimise it into the Habbo bar and you messages instantly and send them more instantly. Maybe add an add on to see your conversation history?

I think the main reasons people want to use msn messenger with people they meet on habbo is so they can talk to you when your not on habbo or when theyre not on habbo. when they are making an alt or washing their dog etc, so a habbo console on habbo would not be exactly beneficial

on the other hand other uses for msn are: sending files, webcam and audio links

all of which can be used by *really* cunning hackers. When webcam and audio start a file is sent really quickly between the computers but youd have to be pretty clever (not in a good way) to catch it and add a virus or something.

well i don't really like talking by console mostly because of console LAG which means tht messages can be delayed so i dont hate the idea of a habbo messenger but i don't really think habbo needs one :eusa_danc
