Yes you will. If you accuse people of scamming you get an infraction / warning even if you post screenies or videos. They are not accepted as evidence. The person will only be dealt with if they admit to it on the Forum.

Yes regardless of evidence scammers quickly build a bad reputation amongst forum members anyway.

Fact is MOD's will not do anything about it because they believe it will segregate the person from the rest of the forum because he/she scammed, even though they do get slightly segregated as word gets around and people don't care about getting infractions to warn the community.

lol you should of asked people first , sorry to hear though :(, he already has the two lowest amount of rep on both of his account ( thie account he currently uses now would have like 3 red abrs but he disabled it :rolleyes:)
