One of my spare accounts got hacked, and I want to get it back. They didn't change the email address, so I reset password, but it hasn't come, and it's been a week since I used the Habbo Help Tool to reset it. (I've checked Junk)
Is there anything else I can do?

Use the Habbo Help Tool again to try to reset your password. If it doesn't work, contact Player Support under the "other" option. Explain your situation, and they will be able to give you some tips on how to retrieve your password, or reset it manually - providing you supply bits of information identifying you as the owner. :)

when i got hacked i used help tool atleast 10 times and no answer and the bloody phone number dident even work on my phone

If happened try changing the email to another 1 of yours.

Remember AOL emails dont work :D
