No offense but I went on HFFM yesterday and they had that layout up so ClubHabbo must have copied, that or HFFM found out before they released ClubHabbos new one and copied it?

I must say, there is a similarity. I'm not sure if Ryan knew about this - he may or may of not done it on purpose, either way, i'm extremely disappointed. I really dislike the layout, it's too.. built up. It needs to be changed pretty soon, as it seems alot of the people don't like it, and I suppose HFFM will be trying to "sue you" or something immature.

If you didnt know Copyright is automatic in the UK on ANYTHING that gets made so ,Nick, you cant just say "ITS A BLOODY LAYOUT, ITS NO THE END OF THE WORLD" because ClubHabbo have breeched the copyright laws. and copyright is ALSO automatic in Germany!

I don't mean to bring th up as that's all over now but their forum has released a new event for a snowstorm tournament and look at clubhabbo's forum and see what their new event is. I know i know, there is nothing anyone can do but we all should know by now it's done to annoy other fansites.

Maybe it's about time like someone said that something should be done?

Surprisingly it seems to be sorted now. Wasn't even him in the first place. One of his staff still seems to be attempting to play little games to annoy others.

I think some accusations are wrongly placed on the layout side of things because hffm aren't entirely innocent here from reading the thread on clubhabbo's forum. Although some similarities like with habbotimes aren't called for.

Also ryan started to say what we have copied from CH, Well i First of all he said i stole the layout on the homepage with the two sides to the homepage, That was my idea and im sure alot of my staff will tell you that, and that we have had that idea since HFFM Version 3, I Can see similarties between Habbotimes And CH But there isnt really much i can personally do about it.

Just that is it was me copying most of ryans layout im sure he wouldnt have dealt with it so nicely, and would have kicked off. And because Clubhabbos a big site they can get away with stealing ideas, then the smaller sites get accused of copying..

Your grammar's fairly hard to understand, but as you stated, they shouldn't get away with it 'cause they're big'. Nice to see your being mature about it, if contacting the owners falls through (Which it most likely will) try reading some plagerism tutorials (Loads on google!). The next step is probably contacting their host & naming and shaming, but there's no point naming & shaming, everyone already knows :P

Did you bother to read my posts i quoted?

I admit the idea for the buttons and header arose from HFFM, but if you actually read in the replies i posted from ClubHabbo Forum, then you'll see that the actual box they are using to display thiers was taken from the old ClubHabbo Layout.

I also find it ironic that neither anyone here nor the HFFM owner has mentioned the fact that they have taken ideas from ClubHabbo and implemented them on thier site, but they are quick to spot those from ClubHabbo's.

We were made unofficial for breaking the fansite way, well.. when the site got hacked it had an image on which they removed us for.

Im sure this thread is not about the moderation on the CHF penguinfluid, so stop finding another reason to try and put-down CH.

Again, about the Habbodown thing, if you bothered to read my reply i posted above where i quoted the CHF posts, you'll see what i had to say on the matter. I can back this up from SteveBrown03 who was the person who replied to the email we got when we were made unofficial, so if you need more information - feel free to ask him.
