Some people can just cancel the money being sent, and dada, your scammed. And, ebay won't help you because it's against the rules to sell it. ;)

it depends. If your buying big numbers of mills people sell them $2-3 usd which is like £1.50

If your buying about 10m i think the price would be about £3
