Designing a RARE VALUE system

Hey... I am going to take the task on to build the best rare value system.

Before I start I am going to ask you what you want on it.

So, what do you want on it all the features you want, list them. How should it be set-up you can even put some quick draw ups on paint if you like. Also it is going to coast something, how much should it coast? How much habbo furni (UK) and/or US $$.

So let me know. This is for you guys/girls!
