Recently there have been an increasing number of posts of people accusing other members of scamming, taking money back through paypal/egold and them not receiving accounts. When you trade Runescape for Habbo Hotel furniture, or Habbo Hotel furniture for Runescape, you do so at your own risk, and you must trust the other person before doing so.
Creating threads calling another person a scammer is NOT allowed.
No proof is solid. If this was allowed, the Forum would turn into a very, very unpopular and unwelcoming place.
